Mosa
Trajectum
A young, trying,
fairly difficult 27-hole PGA course, Mosa Trajectum has fast become
'one to play'. Made up of 3 different 9-hole courses, golfers choose to return again and again.
The first time Mosa hosted the
PGA EuroPro Tour was in October of 2004. The course has much
respect by all who play it. Mosa Golf has agreed to host the PGA
EuroPro Tour Championship on the October 22-24 2004 which confirms
that Mosa Golf is a world class Championship Golf Course. The PGA Tour was here at Mosa again in 2008. The feedback has been excellent. It is a wonderful course, made up of 3 different 9 holes. Mix and match! There is the Pine course, the Stone course, and the Olive course.
Championship
Course
This is a brilliant 27 holes Course which will range itself under
the top Courses of Europe because of:
- high quality:
built according the highest course specification (both USGA-
and PGA-standard);
- superior
design;
- ecological
design: use of an ecological foam for the course through which
the water consumption is reduced with 70%;
- on top
of this there has been built a water recycling factory on the
resort. The recycled water will be used for the reduced water
consumption of the golfcourse.
- unique
landscaping of the course which resulted in three different
9 holes Championship Golf Courses each with a different theme;
Challenge
Course
The exclusive 9-holes par 3 Challenge Course distinguishes itself
through its particular design. The greens and fairways are laid
out to harmonize perfectly with the existing countryside. As the
terrain is slightly rolling, this golfing paradise will offer
you the unique experience of a subtropical landscape that finds
its way through canyons.
Golf
Academy
The Academy is the right place for your first lessons or for obtaining
your professional licence. For this purpose the Academy is equipped
with a variety of tools like mirrors for swing analyses, video
cameras, video monitoring and a sloping practice platform which
will all help you to improve your technique. Finally there are
practice greens for chipping and putting and a movable covered
driving range available.

Tennis
Courts
The resort has tennis courts, located just near the Parador. Lessons
are available.
The
Parador
The heart of Mosa Trajectum is a Parador (300 years old spanish
farm), which is rebuilt into a hotel and restaurant. There is
also a small chapel within the buildings.
Billi's Bar
Located in the new commercial are, Billi's Bar is a welcome addition to the resort. Sky Sports and other sports channels are shown on the 7 LCD TVs there. Snack foods such as pizza are served, should you wish to add to your beers!
Security
There is 24-hour security at the resort. Not that you need it, of course!
What's
coming
In the near future there will be many more outlets in the commercial zone open. There will be many more shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants,
a medical centre and a sport resort. There is also a 5-star hotel
planned for the 'hill' over looking the Parador, and a 4-star
hotel adjacent to the Sports Academy. The International School
is coming on and should be open next year. The commercial zone,
which is beautifully lanscaped, opened in early 2008, with Billi's Bar being a favourite for golfers and families alike.

Food and Drink
For your convenience a small food pack or more comprehensive shopping
can be arranged for your arrival. One week’s notice is usually
required, but less notice won’t cause refusal. We always
leave some beverages and tinned food stuffs in the kitchen cupboards,
which you are welcome to use, but obviously we cannot take responsibility
for any opened foods left by other guests, should there be any.
The resort has a nice bar and restaurant, located just 100m from
the house. A snack and sandwich menu is available all day, as
are tapas, and a formal al-a-carte menu is provided in the restaurant
in the evening. Tapas and similar are also available early evening
in the terrace bar. Just outside the resort (approx. 400 mtr)
you will find two typical spanish restaurants where you can also
buy some fresh products (bread, meat, fruit, vegetables).
Food
Shopping
The most popular food and beverage shopping is done at Dos Mares
Mall in San Javier, which is about 15 minutes away. There are
numerous retails outlets, as one would expect, as well as a nice
coffee shop. The Eroski Supermarket there is a bit like a UK Tesco
in that it stocks everything from books, TVs, electrical goods,
clothes and all household goods as well as an expanse of fresh
and frozen foods. The far end of the shop houses the beer and
wine as well as an array of soft drinks etc. To get to Dos Mares
leave the resort and go east on the C3319 back towards MJV airport.
Go under the A7 road and in to San Javier. At the roundabout in
the town go left (north) on the N322 in the direction of Alicante.
Dos Mares will be found on your right about 2km north of the town.
Murcia City is just 15 minutes west, of course, where one can
find everything that a city would normally host. There is even
a Makro on the road to town should you have your trade card!
